Terms of Service

Wiregrass Preowned is an online marketplace where users list and browse pre-owned goods and take part in live auctions. We provide the platform. We are not the seller or buyer of items, and we do not hold or transfer the purchase price between buyers and sellers.

You must provide accurate information, confirm your email address, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Sellers must own, or have the right to sell, what they list, and must describe it accurately, including title status for vehicles and boats. We may remove listings, and suspend or end accounts, for prohibited items, fraudulent or misleading listings, or other violations of these terms.

Buyers and sellers arrange payment, pickup, and delivery between themselves. We do not guarantee any item, listing, or user, and we are not a party to the sale.

A bid is a binding commitment to buy at that price if you win. To bid, you must authorize a deposit hold on your card for the lot; the amount is shown to you before you bid. A hold is an authorization, not a charge.

• If you do not win, your hold is released.
• If you win, you have 48 hours to complete payment to the seller. Once the payment is confirmed, your hold is released.
• If you win and do not complete the purchase within 48 hours, we may charge (capture) the deposit hold.
• If the seller sells the item elsewhere or removes the listing before the auction ends, the lot is closed and holds are released.

Your card issuer may take some time to show a released hold.

Listing fees apply and vary by category and listing type. The fee that applies to your listing is shown before you pay. Advertising subscriptions are billed at the price shown when you subscribe. We may change fees going forward; changes do not affect fees you have already paid.

No harassment, fraud, bid manipulation, selling stolen goods, or attempts to get around site rules. Do not bid on your own lots.

You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to display it on the service so that it can work as intended.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions or communications between users, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
