Privacy Policy

Account details (email, display name, and optional phone or contact email), listing content and photos, messages between users, bids and auction activity, saved items and searches, and the zip code or approximate location you choose to share for “near me” search. Card details for deposit holds and paid features are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

To run the marketplace and auctions, show listings and search results, deliver messages and alerts, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content, and improve the service.

Other users see what you choose to publish, such as listings, your display name, and your public profile. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, sign-in, and file storage), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (live video), Vercel (hosting and site analytics), and Resend (email delivery). Zip codes are looked up with a public zip-code service to place listings on the map. We may disclose information if required by law.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

You can edit your profile and remove your listings at any time. To ask us to delete your account or the information we hold about you, email legal@wiregrasspreowned.com. Some records (for example completed transactions and payment records) may need to be kept for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

We keep information as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.

The service is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
